Rates: Hard-top tiedown: $55.00 per calendar month or any part thereof.

These rates are subject to change with legislative approval and on a 30-day notice.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. The aircraft owner/lessee shall be solely responsible for securing the aircraft to the assigned tiedown and for the appropriate ropes used to effect same. Aircraft shall be properly secured at all times. Aircraft owner assumes all liability for aircraft not properly secured. Owners who repeatedly leave aircraft unsecured will be subject to termination of this agreement.

2. The State shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to the aircraft or personal property beyond the reasonable control of the State, unless such cause shall constitute wanton, reckless or malicious conduct on its part, or that of its employees.

3. The aircraft owner/lessee agrees to operate the aircraft and conduct itself at the airport in accordance with all laws and regulations promulgated by the Federal, State and local governments.

4. The aircraft owner/lessee shall indemnify and hold the State harmless from any and all liability claims, actions and demands including costs and expenses and reasonable attorneys fees made against the State as a consequence of the aircraft owner/lessee's activities at the airport.

5. THE AIRCRAFT OWNER/LESSEE AGREES TO NOTIFY THE AIRPORT MANAGER IN WRITING WHEN TERMINATING TH USE OF THE TIEDOWN SPACE. SUCH NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE AIRPORT MANAGER AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE INTENDED TERMINATION DATE OR THE AIRCRAFT OWNER/LESSEE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING MONTH'S RENT.

6. The aircraft owner/lessee shall be solely responsible for the maintenance of the tiedown plot area including the maintenance of the grass at t reasonable height unless other arrangements have been made with the FBO or airport management. The aircraft owner/lessee shall not be permitted to mark, paint, number or make any designations to the pavement within his area without prior written approval from the State. No storage boxes, fueling apparatus, etc. will be allowed.

7. The aircraft owner/less is not permitted to sub-lease, loan, or assign to any other person or individual the tiedown space.

8. All payments are due the first day of each calendar month or any part thereof.

9. No leasehold or other interest in real estate is created by this agreement.

10. The State may terminate this agreement upon 30 days notice to the aircraft owner/lessee.

11. The State may recover all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of said tiedown fees, including but not limited to, attorneys fees.

12. Keys to any gates shall remain the property of the State and will be promptly returned to the State upon termination of this agreement.
